ASSEMBLY REFERENCE / ACTUAL MANIFEST DATA
Use parts from the same revision.
Check sequence and position.
Read individual IDs, types, colors, sequence steps and coordinates from the actual manifest. No guessed steps or parts from other revisions are added.
Checking the revision and actual manifest.
How to read the data and what remains unvalidated
Match part IDs to the BOM and type-specific CAD, then check color and quantity separately. Rows follow the manifest's step values in ascending order. Parts sharing a step value belong to the same proposed stage.
Positions are in millimeters, using each part's body-bottom center as its origin. Z rotation is about the vertical axis; base Z uses 3.2 mm units. Distinguish 9.6 mm brick bodies from 3.2 mm plates.
Insertion direction −Z is a proposed downward placement from above. It does not prove easy fit, support of upper parts, retention or durability. Consult the revision's original records and 3D view for small-part exceptions, temporary support and special conditions.
Do not begin a full-kit print before physical evaluation, force parts together or assume every small hole must be carved out. Color-grouped 3MF layouts contain separate-part geometry, not a monolithic print or sliced P1S project.
