FIXED 8 mm INTERFACE / ACTUAL COUNTS, NOT ESTIMATES
When the shape changes,
How does the part count change?
Compare adopted r3 with a finer plate-layer study and a contour/slope study. Counts for the six new variants come only from their actual placed part instances.

Waiting for the actual images and counts.
The producer is preparing six new variants. No guessed part counts or earlier-geometry images are presented as refined alternatives. Comparison results stay unpublished until the actual data is ready.
Historical viewer for the low-part designsVariants of the same character use matched camera, scale, palette and lighting conditions.
Minimum short side, long side and thickness may come from different parts. Do not assume one part has all three minimum dimensions together.
Compare the numbers for all three characters and nine variants.
Part count means placed individual instances; type count means unique shapes. Repeated uses of one type each count as separate parts.

Distinguish a single print from separate-part assembly.
Using r2 for a single print remains a proposed use. The existing r2 data is an arrangement of many separate parts, not a guaranteed watertight single body or ready-to-print monolithic model. One-piece output would require separate geometry preparation and slicing validation. This study does not create that version or any print job.
r3 is designed as separately printed parts for later assembly. Both alternatives retain that approach and remain unselected studies. A better-looking image does not validate physical handling, fit, retention or stability.
NOT_SLICED, physically unvalidated; full-kit printing remains on hold.Nothing here indicates a new physical-test pass or formal adoption.
