ACTUAL PART COUNTS / CG · ANIMATION · CAD · ASSEMBLY
With more parts,
how do appearance and assembly change?
Compare fifteen cases targeting 1.2×, 1.5×, 2×, 3× and 4× the individual physical part count of each character's 1× baseline. These are not linear scale factors for the model.
Splitting blocks without changing occupied cells does not improve the silhouette or sampling resolution. Changes to seams, surface partitioning and part distribution are distinguished from changes in overall shape. Counts and render metrics are not aesthetic or manufacturing pass scores.
Checking actual part-count comparison data.
Awaiting actual data for the fifteen cases.
Unconfirmed counts, earlier images or proxy boxes are not presented as completed cases. Only cases with actual CG, videos, native CAD and sequences are published.
Shape images use matched directions and on-screen heights, not true scale. The 8 mm parts themselves are not multiplied in size; each case lists its actual completed dimensions.

Earlier versions of the same comparison slots.
Earlier actual data and shared URLs are preserved. These are different geometry versions and are not counted again toward completion of the fifteen cases.
Six-column comparisons and physical-size ratios for all actual cases.
Compare the actual reference on the left with five multiplier cases. The frozen denominator and actual reference count are separate; references do not count among the fifteen cases. Sheets combine actual CG under recorded conditions, without turning part counts into aesthetic scores.
Download the comparison CSV for all fifteen actual cases ↓Animated explanations and physical validation are separate.
Radial separation moves parts outward from the center in every direction. It is explanatory, not a simulation guaranteeing collision-free physical disassembly. Assembly uses actual IDs and the producer's bottom-up sequence, not simply reversed separation.
Large native CAD, Blender and video assets are downloadable from public releases. CAD is not left private while only images are published. Uncreated print plates or slots are not invented.
NOT_SELECTED / NOT_SLICED. Physical fit, retention, loads and tipping remain UNKNOWN. Full-kit printing is on hold.Current r3, earlier comparisons, share URLs and releases are preserved.
