Initial Fine C's 13,837 parts and the previous 36 cm study's 10,908 parts are comparison baselines, not ceilings. Exceeding either is not a failure or limit violation; actual quantities, assembly effort and visual differences are shown together. A higher part count alone does not validate likeness or ease of assembly.
